Day 1 – Thursday November 28th:
7 am Departure from Miami: (meeting place to be determined)
A 10-hour bus ride from Miami to Montgomery, Alabama. Relax, rest, read, and take in the scenery. Please bring a bagged lunch and/or snacks.
6 pm Arrival in Montgomery, AL: Straight to Dinner

Participants are responsible for the cost of lunch
12:30 pm Tuskegee Airmen National Historic Site
3 pm Tuskegee University Campus Tour (Guided by Alumni)
Our group will be provided special access to tour the university campus
6 pm Dinner

Bus Tour includes:
Transportation from Miami to Montgomery/Tuskegee, and back to Miami.
Transportation to and from all sites listed in the tour package.
2 night hotel stay at Best Western (or similar hotel property).
Breakfast on Friday and Saturday morning at the hotel.
Dinner on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening catered by Potz & Panz.
Entry fee to all Museums and guided tours where applicable.
Bus Tour does not include:
Hotel room incidentals or room service.
Breakfast on Thursday, November 28th or Sunday, December 1st.
Lunch and/or snacks.
Transportation to and from the Miami departure point.
Parking fees associated with transportation to and from the meeting point.

Luggage:
Please opt to use a duffle bag or backpack instead of a suitcase or carry-on style luggage. This vehicle is not a motorcoach bus and space for luggage is extremely limited. Some bags may have to be stored under seats.
This is a casual dress code tour. No formal clothes are required. Please remember to bring a jacket and/or sweater as Alabama weather can be cooler than Miami in November.
Terms and Conditions:
All cancellations must be received in writing, and are subject to a $25.00 administrative charge.
Cancellations before 11/14/2019 will be assessed a 25% fee.
Cancellations after 11/14/2019 will be assessed 50% of the tour cost.
Cancellations after 11/21/2019, NO REFUND. Deposit ($125.00) is non-refundable.
There are no refunds once the tour has commenced.
Responsibility – Shoolay Inc/Tuskegee & Montgomery Alabama Historical Sites and Museums Bus Tour 2019, and/or their agents act only as agent for various companies of which tickets are available and these tours operate and assume no responsibility for liability in connection with the service these museums and historical sites, neither will it be responsible for any act, error or omission or for any injury, loss, accident delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle or through neglect or default of any hotel proprietor or hotel service, or for any other person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued, if it becomes necessary or advisable to change any hotel for the comfort or well-being of the participants for any reasons, whatsoever or to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. Additional expenses, if any shall be borne by the participant, conversely, a refund will be made to the participant if any saving is affected thereby. The right is reserved to withdraw any or all tours should conditions warrant, also to decline to accept or retain any participant as members of the tour. In such instances, the full or equitable amount will be refunded.
